Let me tell you about this sweetheart of a man than towed my car, Sam thank you. I have fallen on some real tough times lately and have been grinding out my life unapologetically just with gratitude and rolled up sleeves, and after a double shift lost my keys at work. 🫠 o work a second job in a car lot of all places so they keys as I know them are gone.. or in one of the thousands of cars we move every night this happened at midnight.. I didn’t get home until nearly 5 after walking the lot, calling insurance waiting for several tow companies to show and cancel. 4 different tow truck companies to be exact and all requesting something that should have been in their expertise a wheel lift. Not only did Sam tow my vehicle successfully and quickly, he got the call, contacted me immediately and sent me a picture as soon as he picked it up but he sent the parked photo too after the tow companies continued to call stating excuses why it couldn’t be towed. He had my car there in less than an hour from our first conversation and without any excuses to what he needed additionally to get the job done. I’m more than pleased with his service and his kindness. I’m more than impressed with how efficient he was. Now I just wish that I could find my spare keys or something would occur to save me from the 1200 bill for a new key and fob. Whew.😠I’m so grateful still Sam. Thank you. It was a long night and a very hard one for me and it’s half way righted because of your professionalism and expertise. I will use them in the future for ever. SINGLE. Tow. Thank you Sam again. Excellent response. I hope you know how special and rare you are when you show up to work and actual do your job efficiently to not have to continue to wait or be unsure the car was safe if someone may have had the key or found it on the lot. I was stuck at the airport parking lot for hours with kids in the heat. I called several towing companies, they sent around 7 different workers and each time they called back to say they can not get my car because their vehicle can’t go inside the parking lot. After hours of trying again and again, Sam was the only one who actually came through. He went above and beyond to help me out when none of the previous ones did. He is truly an exceptional worker, he was very helpful and professional and I would definitely recommend him, he deserves the five stars.

On Saturday I had a truck breakdown and requested it to be towed to South Dallas MHC. The tow truck driver took truck to Mhc in Irving because it was closer. We always have better luck with MHC in South Dallas. On Monday, I called the tow company and they told me the truck was taken to the place that was written down. This is not true. The owner called me Tuesday morning and we discussed the situation. He stated that my driver told him to take it to the closest place. I told him that no tow company has ever not taken a truck where I've asked it to be taken to. I'd rather pay more to have it towed to a place I'm more comfortable with. He admitted that there were things that should've been handled differently so I agreed to change this from a 2 star review to a 4 star. I don't want to hurt the man's business, but make sure whatever you're having them tow goes to the place you wanted.
