ROADSIDE EMERGENCIES

At All American Towing and Recovery, our motto is “When a customer calls, we are en route.” Although our response times may vary, especially during morning & evening drive-times, usually, after we’ve received all the information and have a clear understanding of the type of service you need and where exactly you are located, we can arrive within 30 minutes or less.
We work with most major insurance company’s roadside assistance plans. Rather than calling your insurance company and waiting hours for help to arrive, we suggest that you call us first. When you do, we’ll arrive promptly and provide you the help you need. When we’re through, we ask that you pay us directly, and we’ll provide you a receipt which you can then submit to your roadside assistance company for reimbursement.
All American Towing and recovery proudly provides towing and roadside assistance services to the motorists of Denton, Wise, and Dallas Counties, Texas. We also provide heavy-duty transport services to any destination throughout the United States.
All American Towing and Recovery Inc. has towed thousands of vehicles, and to ensure that no damage is caused during transport we pay special attention to all details of the move. If you drive a vintage vehicle, you can rest assured that our tow truck operators understand the need for a white-glove approach. Your prized vintage car or exotic vehicle will be treated with the care and attention it deserves as it rides high and out of harm’s way on one of our flatbed tow trucks.
Whether you’ve been involved in an accident or you are simply experiencing a car breakdown, All American Towing will help you every step of the way. Because we truly care about our customers and our community, we have built valuable relationships with reputable body shops and auto repair shops in the area. So, if you don’t know where to take your car we can easily direct you to the nearest repair facility. We strive to provide outstanding customer service at reasonable rates.
When you call us for towing or roadside assistance, we will need a few pieces of information to ensure we can assist. Of course, we’ll need your name and phone number. But we’ll also need your exact location. So, please be ready with the address where your car is located. If you don’t know the address, please provide the street or highway where your vehicle is located, the direction of travel (North, South, East, or West), and the nearest cross street. One of the easiest ways to provide your location is by using Google Maps and sharing your location with us. Next, we’ll need to know what type of vehicle issues you are experiencing. Do you have a flat tire? Have you run out of gas? Have you been involved in an accident? If winching is required, we’ll need to know how far your vehicle is off the roadway. And lastly, we’ll need to know the year, make, model, and color of your vehicle.
Absolutely. Breakdowns and accidents don’t follow a schedule, and neither do we. All American Towing and Recovery operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — including holidays and weekends. When you call, we’re en route.
Response times vary depending on your location and current demand, but we strive for the fastest possible arrival. Many of our customers report wait times of 15 minutes or less. Our motto is simple: “When a customer calls, we are en route.”
We serve the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area from six locations: Justin, Ponder, Decatur, Dallas, and two locations in Denton. We cover Denton County and surrounding areas extensively. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just call us at 940-627-2800 and we’ll let you know right away.
PRICING & PAYMENT
5 Questions
If you are asking the question, how much does it cost to tow my car, you’re at the right place. The cost associated with towing a vehicle depends on many factors. The type of vehicle to be towed and how far it needs to be towed are two big ones. As you might imagine, the costs of towing a motorcycle 5 miles, as opposed to towing a tractor-trailer to another state, would be vastly different. And, of course, the cost of an accident recovery is an entirely separate matter, as this is dependent on the variables at each accident scene. For a regular passenger vehicle tow, we use a hook-up fee and a fee per mile towed. Call our office for more details.
When you need towing or roadside assistance, one of the first questions you may have is what type of payment we accept for the services we provide. Of course, we accept cash and most major credit cards. And, for heavy-duty towing and recovery, we also accept Comcheks. Also, if you need fleet services and are interested in opening a commercial account for your trucking company, please use the contact form above to inquire. Or, simply give us a call 940-627-2800
Pricing depends on the type of vehicle, distance, type of service required, and time of day. We believe in honest, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Call us at 940-627-2800 for a quote — we’re always upfront about costs before we begin.
Many auto insurance policies include roadside assistance or towing coverage. We work with numerous insurance companies and can help facilitate the process. We recommend calling your insurance provider to verify your coverage before or after you call us.
Yes, we accept all major credit cards as well as Comchecks and other forms of payment. Please call us directly at 940-627-2800 to confirm that we will accept your payment method before your service, so there are no surprises when we arrive.
